| We will work with you or your loved one to determine which home care services are appropriate and what hours of service best fit your needs. |
- Good Morning Services - provides personal care and gets the client ready for the day.
- Good Night Services - provides evening care and prepares the client for bed.
- Personal Care - hourly basis, provided up to 24 hours a day, as needed
- Live-In Care - provides 24 hour companionship. Caregiver stays at client's home.
- Respite for Family Members- provides personal care and assists with activities of daily living (ADL's) while the family is away.
- Meal Preparation - prepares meals in accordance with client's appetite.
- Laundry
- Light Housework - those housekeeping tasks which are done on a daily or weekly basis.
- Transportation- provides transportation to client's appointments. This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
- Grocery Shopping/Errands - This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
- Personal Appointments- provides assistance and care during client's appointments.
- Medication Set-Up- RN or LPN sets-up medication on a weekly basis.
- Skilled Nursing - RN or LPN provides home coordination of care, teaches client home care needs, provides wound care, or infusion of medication through intravenous route, provides care to vent dependent clients.
- Therapy- physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy.
