About Us at Acclaimed Home Care

Home health care in Southeast Michigan is best provided by Acclaimed Home Care with an experienced RN coordinating with the care team to provide each client with a unique plan of care. All care is provided under the supervision of an RN who coordinates the plan of care and acts as a liaison between our clients, their doctors, the health care team, and the family.

Our direct home health care services are staffed, monitored, supervised and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our caregivers are bonded and insured and have been carefully screened and selected to assure that each meets our high standards, which include extensive background checks.

Owner and Administrator: Alice Salazar, RN, has extensive hospital and home care experience. She has owned and operated Acclaimed Home Care since 1995.

Clinical Supervisors: RN's with extensive background in rehabilitation medicine and home care.

Staffing Coordinators: With extensive experience in staffing both in hospital and home care, the staffing coordinators provide day to day staffing for all clients and are the key to successful matching of client and caregiver which sets Acclaimed Home Care apart.

On-Call Coordinator: Responsible for after hours coordination of care and is prompt to respond to any concerns. A Registered Nurse is on call with her to take care of any clinical issues that may arise after hours.

100% of Administrative staff has been with Acclaimed Home Care since the business' inception.
